Once you purchase this listing and we have talked about what you would like on it, you will mail me the shirt. I will not wash your shirt.

The 16 x 16 pillow form IS included in this price. You will receive a complete pillow.
Sometimes the garment is not big enough for 16 x 16 and I will substitute a smaller pillow form.
